Laundry Design
Over the past 17 years we have designed laundries for hundreds of customers, ranging from small common laundry rooms in apartment buildings to OPL laundries in motels, hotels and nursing homes.
We offer a complete service from concept stage through to commissioning and include such things as proposed layout, architectural drawings, 3D renditions and assistance with all council applications. We assist you with health department requirements, trade waste, and compliance with building codes that apply to your laundry.
Customer Support
Should you have any enquiry, we will respond to your call as soon as practical and all other service calls within 24 hours. Whatever your enquiry about your laundry, we are always there to assist you.
Technical Support
We offer online or telephone assistance should you or a service technician have difficulties with anything from computer programming to changing a water valve. Our service department can send to you via e-mail, service manuals, wiring diagrams, parts manuals and diagnostic procedures within minutes of a request, at no cost. Our service department is able to provide further assistance by phone to country service agents/contractors and if need be, we will travel anywhere within NSW and ACT to resolve a problem with a minimum of inconvenience to our customer.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
Commercial Laundry Appliances have Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA’s) to take the worry out of costly repairs and loss of productivity. Our PMA’s are designed to your individual needs and will save you many dollars over the life of the machines.
Service Personnel Training Schools
Our staff, and service agents throughout NSW and the ACT, attend regular training schools in our Castle Hill facility, to constantly improve their skills assuring you confidence in their ability to support our products. We encourage all staff including management, to undergo formal training at TAFE in courses that are relevant to our industry. These include courses in laundry, dry cleaning, wet cleaning, electrical trades and management.
Parts Inventory
Every product we sell is backed up by a comprehensive parts inventory located at Castle Hill. Parts delivery within Australia is generally one to two working days. We have parts for UNIMAC, Speed Queen, Huebsch to suit all models of washers and dryers up to 25 years old.
